1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Zascore handles information when you use Zascore. The exact data processed depends on the features, hosting provider, sports-data provider, advertising partners and optional analytics actually enabled by the operator.
2. Information processed
We may process technical request information such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps and security logs; preferences such as theme, timezone and favorites stored locally or in a session; account information if accounts are enabled; and consent/privacy choices. Sports viewing itself does not require registration.
3. Country-level ad selection
Zascore can use a country code supplied by a trusted hosting/CDN GeoIP feature to select advertising intended for a country or region. The built-in targeting logic does not perform an external IP geolocation lookup and does not need to store the visitor's IP for ad selection. Your hosting/CDN may still process IP addresses as part of ordinary network delivery.
4. Advertising and third parties
Direct image ads can be served by Zascore without third-party advertising code. If third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense are enabled, those providers may process device identifiers, IP addresses, cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and the consent choices that apply to you. Zascore only loads network ads after the site's advertising-consent gate when configured to require consent.
5. Legal bases and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and the purpose, processing may rely on consent, performance of a service you request, legitimate interests such as security and service reliability, or legal obligations. Where law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising/sale/sharing, or obtain a portable copy, you may contact us using the details below.
6. Global Privacy Control
The browser privacy layer recognizes Global Privacy Control where available and treats it as an instruction against ad personalization in the built-in consent system. Some third-party services may have additional mechanisms that must also be configured by the site operator.
7. Retention
Keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, security, dispute handling, accounting or legal obligations. Operators should document concrete retention periods for production logs, accounts, support records and advertising data.
8. International transfers
Hosting, sports-data and advertising providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, the operator and relevant vendors should use lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
9. Children
Zascore is a general-audience sports service and is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children below the minimum age applicable to the service. The configured minimum age is 13, subject to higher local requirements.
