By using Zascore you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Sports information
Scores, schedules, standings, statistics and related information may come from third-party providers and can be delayed, corrected, suspended or unavailable. Zascore is not an official record unless expressly stated by the governing sports body.
3. No betting or financial reliance
Information is provided for general sports-information purposes and should not be treated as betting, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on Zascore as the sole source for time-sensitive financial, wagering, medical, legal or safety decisions.
4. Intellectual property
The Zascore software, original interface and brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party team names, competition names, trademarks, photographs, sports data and advertising materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, inject malicious code, scrape content in violation of applicable rights or provider terms, impersonate others, or use Zascore for unlawful activity.
6. Third-party links and ads
Zascore may link to advertisers, sports organizations and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A paid advertisement is not necessarily an endorsement.
7. Availability
The service may change, pause or end features and may enter maintenance mode. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable consumer law does not permit the operator to exclude.
9. Governing terms
The operator must configure an appropriate governing-law and forum clause before production launch, taking mandatory consumer protections into account.
